Resolved Mediation Services Inc is led by Jerusha Letal, a family and general mediator supporting individuals and families across Alberta and Canada. Jerusha works with clients navigating separation, divorce, parenting arrangements, and family conflict, helping them resolve disputes in a way that prioritises understanding, dignity, and long term wellbeing.
Our Mission Is Simple
The approach to mediation is calm, structured, and client centred. We work to ensure that each person feels heard, understood, and able to participate meaningfully in the process. This approach is informed by professional experience with Fairway Divorce Solutions, where structured, family focused mediation is central to supporting lasting resolution.
We do not take sides or push outcomes. Our role is to facilitate productive conversation, help clarify issues, and support informed decision making. Mediation is always tailored to the specific circumstances of each family, whether sessions take place in person or online.

Meet Jerusha Letal
Jerusha Letal brings a strong professional foundation to her mediation practice. In addition to mediation training, she holds the designations CPA, CA, and Chartered Financial Divorce Specialist (CFDS). This background allows her to support clients through both the emotional and financial complexities that often arise during separation and divorce.
Jerusha has also gained professional experience with Fairway Divorce Solutions, one of Canada’s leading family mediation organisations. This experience strengthened her structured, family focused approach and reinforced the importance of clarity, efficiency, and respect throughout the mediation process.
Her passion for mediation developed through observing people around her navigate separation and divorce. While some were able to move through the process with care and cooperation, many experienced prolonged conflict that caused significant emotional, relational, and financial strain, particularly for children.
These experiences led Jerusha to seek a better way. Alternative Dispute Resolution offers a more thoughtful and humane approach to conflict, creating space for conversation, understanding, and problem solving rather than escalation.
Through Resolved Mediation Services Inc, Jerusha aims to make the world a better place, one conflict at a time, by helping individuals and families reach resolutions that feel fair, respectful, and sustainable.
